Programs

Early Years

 (Crèche & Nursery)

Our youngest learners, ages 1–4, are introduced to school life through the Montessori approach. At this stage, children explore practical life skills, sensory activities, and social interaction in a nurturing environment. Placement is guided by age and a parental interview, ensuring a smooth transition into structured learning.

Kindergarten

(KG1–2)

For ages 5–6, we combine Montessori hands‑on learning with the Ghana Education Service curriculum. Children engage in literacy, numeracy, and creative play while developing independence, confidence, and curiosity. This is where placement assessments begin, helping us tailor learning to each child’s readiness.

Primary School

(Basic 1–6)

From ages 6–11, students follow the GES standards in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Religious & Moral Education, and Computing. At JWMS, these subjects are enriched with Montessori methods that encourage exploration, problem‑solving, and collaboration. Assessments are compulsory to ensure proper placement and progress.

Junior High School

(JHS 1–3)

For ages 12–15, our JHS program prepares students for national examinations while nurturing critical thinking and leadership. Core subjects include English, Mathematics, Integrated Science, Social Studies, ICT, French, and vocational electives. Montessori principles remain embedded, encouraging creativity, independence, and responsibility alongside academic rigor.
